- Madakaripura Waterfall can only be visited on Day 1 for guests arriving before approximately 09:00 AM at Surabaya Airport. For later arrivals, the itinerary will proceed directly to the Bromo area to ensure enough time for hotel check-in and rest before the sunrise tour.
- The Blue Flame area at Ijen is currently closed due to government safety regulations. Visitors can still enjoy the sunrise, crater lake, and volcanic scenery from the crater rim.
- Temperatures at Mount Bromo and Ijen can be as low as 5–10°C, so warm clothing is strongly recommended.
- Madakaripura Waterfall involves walking through rivers and getting wet. Please bring sandals, quick-dry clothing, and a waterproof bag for electronic devices.
