📍 Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Pick-Up + Tumpak Sewu Waterfall + Transfer to Bromo

• Pick-Up Options:

  • Surabaya Airport / Gubeng Train Station / Your hotel in Surabaya or Malang

  • Recommended pick-up time: 5:00–6:00 AM to reach Tumpak Sewu early

• Drive to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall:

  • 2.5 hours drive

  • Meet with our local guide for a scenic trek to the waterfall

  • Explore Tumpak Sewu (also known as “Indonesia’s Niagara”) – stunning vertical walls, jungle vibes, and surreal views

• Lunch Break:

  • Optional stop at a local restaurant (lunch at your own expense)

• Drive to Bromo:

  • Approx. 2.5–3 hours from Tumpak Sewu

  • Check-in at Café Lava Hotel or similar (standard superior room)

• Evening:

  • Free program — relax at the village, enjoy the cool mountain air

Day 2 – Mount Bromo Sunrise Tour + Transfer to Ijen

• 03:30 AM: Depart with a private 4WD jeep

• 1-hour drive to Penanjakan Viewpoint (2700m)

  • Prepare warm jacket (5–10°C temperatures)

  • No guide needed — the driver will accompany you

• Enjoy Sunrise View:

  • Witness breathtaking sunrise over Mount Bromo & Semeru

• Explore Bromo Crater:

• 02:00 AM:

  • Begin hike to Ijen Crater (3 km, ~1 hour walk)

  • Meet your local guide

  • Crater descent is optional and at your own risk due to volcanic gases

• At the Summit:
