Max and the other guide were perfect too, showing us all the must to do and the nicest spots on the two volcanos.
The rooms and hotels are beautiful.
The schedule hotel/transport/trek is on top, you only need to be on time at the hours mentionned, everything else is booked and prepared for you.

He even took us to see a waterfall and temple in addition and would check to see if we wanted any breaks during the drives.
