🗓️ Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Surabaya – Mount Bromo Area

• Flexible pick-up from Surabaya (airport/train station/hotel).
  ⏰ Recommended arrival: between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM midnight.

• Private drive to Mount Bromo (3-4 hours via highway to Probolinggo).

• Stop for lunch/dinner breaks on the way (meals not included, but local food is affordable).

• Check-in at GUBUK NDESO/CAFE LAVA/ PESONA BROMO l (Cemoro Lawang Village).

• Free evening to walk around the village, explore onion/vegetable farms, or enjoy sunset at Cemara Indah Viewpoint.

• Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Bromo Sunrise Tour – Transfer to Ijen Hotel

• 03:00 AM: Wake-up call, transfer by private Jeep to Bromo Sunrise Point.

• Options for sunrise:

  • Penanjakan 1 (most panoramic, but crowded)

  • King Kong Hill / Seruni Viewpoint / Love Hill (less touristy)

• Enjoy spectacular views of Mount Bromo, Mount Batok & Mount Semeru.

• After sunrise, Jeep drive across the Sea of Sand with photo stops.

• Optional horse ride or trek (~1km walk + 250 stairs) to the Bromo crater rim.

• Return to hotel for breakfast & shower.

• Check-out by 11:00 AM – drive to hotel near Ijen (approx. 6 hours).

• Check-in at Ijen View Hotel (Banyuwangi).
  Enjoy the pool and relax before your early morning Ijen trek.

• Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Ijen Crater Tour – Ferry to Bali (Gilimanuk Port)

• 🕛 Midnight Option: Leave hotel at 00:00 AM for Blue Fire Tour

• 🕐 Alternate Start: 01:00 AM (sunrise only) or 04:00 AM (daylight trek only)

• Drive 2 hours to Paltuding Basecamp

• Meet your licensed local guide, start 3 km hike (~1-1.5 hours) to the summit (2,386 m asl).

• Optional: Descend into the crater to witness the Blue Fire (at your own risk, gas mask provided)

• Watch the sunrise, explore the turquoise crater lake, see the sulfur miners.

• Return to parking lot, have a boxed breakfast, and relax.

• Free visit to:

❓ Is it hard to climb Ijen or Bromo?

Not too difficult – Bromo is an easy walk (1 km + 250 stairs).
Ijen is steeper (3 km), but doable with average fitness. Trolley taxis are available for rent.

❓ How cold is it?

It can be 5–10°C at night. Bring a warm jacket. Jackets available to rent at Bromo (IDR 25,000).

❓ When is the best time to visit?

May–September is dry season. August is best but also high season – book early!

❓ Can we upgrade hotel or lower the price?

Yes! You can:
