DAY 1 | ARRIVAL YOGYAKARTA – BOROBUDUR – PRAMBANAN

Upon arrival at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) or pick-up from your hotel in Yogyakarta, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional English-speaking driver.

Your journey begins with a visit to the world-famous Borobudur Temple, the largest Buddhist monument in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the intricate stone carvings and learn about the deep spiritual meaning behind this 9th-century masterpiece.

After the Borobudur visit, enjoy lunch at a carefully selected local restaurant serving Indonesian cuisine.

In the afternoon, continue to Prambanan Temple, Indonesia’s largest Hindu temple complex, dedicated to Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. Walk among towering spires and hear fascinating legends such as the story of Roro Jonggrang.

After the temple visits, transfer to your hotel in Yogyakarta.

DAY 2 | YOGYAKARTA – BROMO (EAST JAVA OVERLAND)

After an early breakfast, depart Yogyakarta for a scenic overland journey to Mount Bromo in East Java.

Enjoy beautiful views of Java’s countryside, rice fields, villages, and mountain landscapes along the way. Several comfort stops will be provided.

• Continue drive toward the Bromo area

Arrive in the late afternoon at your accommodation near Mount Bromo. The cool mountain air and peaceful surroundings make this the perfect place to rest before the early sunrise tour.

DAY 3 | BROMO SUNRISE TOUR – IJEN (BANYUWANGI)

Early morning (around 03:00 AM), transfer by 4WD Jeep for the unforgettable Bromo Sunrise Tour.

Bromo Sunrise Experience includes:

• Sunrise viewpoint (Penanjakan / King Kong Hill / Seruni Point)

• Spectacular sunrise over Mount Bromo, Mount Batok, and Mount Semeru

• Explore the Sea of Sand (Lautan Pasir)

• Walk or ride horse (optional) to Bromo Crater

• Climb stairs to the crater rim for stunning views

Return to the hotel for breakfast and short rest.

Late morning, continue your journey eastward to Banyuwangi, the gateway to Ijen Crater.

DAY 4 | IJEN SUNRISE TREKKING – DROP OFF BALI

Around midnight or early morning, depart from the hotel and head to Paltuding Basecamp, the starting point for the Ijen trek.

Accompanied by a licensed local Ijen guide, trek approximately 1.5–2 hours to reach the crater rim.

Ijen Experience Highlights:

• Sunrise over Ijen Crater

• Stunning turquoise blue lake

• Sulfur mining activity (conditions permitting)

After enjoying the sunrise, descend back to the basecamp and return to the hotel for breakfast.
