📍 Itinerary Details

Day 1: Yogyakarta to Mount Bromo

• Pick-Up Options:

  • From Yogyakarta Hotel (recommended pick-up at 8:00 AM)

Welcome Note:
Before diving into the adventure, take a moment to relax with a cup of coffee while reviewing the tour outline. Guests often ask, “What’s the ideal time to start?” — We recommend leaving Yogyakarta at 8:00 AM to stay on schedule.

Transfer Details:

• Private MPV (Toyota Avanza/Xenia/Sigra), AC included

• Highway route via Probolinggo for faster travel

• 10:00 AM hotel pickup if you're staying in Yogyakarta the night before

On the Road:

• Journey time: Approx. 10 hours with optional stops

• Rest breaks available for meals, snacks, toilet, or even photos

• Our drivers are professional, English-speaking (or basic English), and very friendly

Accommodation:

Day 2: Mount Bromo Sunrise Tour – Travel to Ijen

Early Morning:

• 3:00 AM Wake-up Call | 3:30 AM Jeep Pickup

• Travel to sunrise viewpoint (approx. 1 hour)

Sunrise Options:

• Penanjakan 1: Most panoramic, but also crowded

• Kingkong Hill / Seruni Point: Less crowded, equally stunning

Important Tips:

• Take a photo of your jeep's license plate for easier recognition

• Bring a warm jacket (5–8°C temperatures), mask for volcanic smell

After Sunrise:

• Jeep ride across the Sea of Sand

• Optional photo stops near Mount Batok & Widodaren

• Trek to Mount Bromo (1 km walk + 250 stairs)

  • Optional horse ride available

  • No guide needed (easy path)

  • Crater view is safe with barriers

Return to Hotel:

• Breakfast buffet

• Shower and pack-up

• Check out by 11:00–12:00 PM

Transfer to Ijen:

• 6-hour drive to Ijen View Hotel

• Rest, dinner, enjoy hotel pool

• Early sleep (for midnight Ijen hike)

Day 3: Ijen Crater Hike – Ferry to Bali

Tour Options:

• Option 1: 12:00 AM (for Blue Fire, sunrise, and lake)

• Option 2: 1:00 AM (sunrise and lake)

• Option 3: 4:00 AM (day hike only)

Ijen Trek Details:

• Drive: 2 hours to trailhead

• Breakfast box provided

• Trek: 3 km hike (~1 hour)

• Optional Blue Fire visit into crater (at own risk)

  • Guide provided

  • Not suitable for asthma or heart conditions

• Sunrise at the summit

• Observe sulphur miners and panoramic views

Post-Hike:

Q: Is the hike difficult?
A: Moderate difficulty. If you’re active, you’ll be fine. Ijen has a 3km uphill trail, Bromo is under 2km including 250 stairs. Trolley service available at Ijen for extra cost.

Q: Is it cold?
A: Yes! Temperatures can drop to 5–10°C. Jackets are available to rent (Rp 25,000) at Bromo.

Q: Best month to visit?
A: May–September (especially August) is ideal. Dry season, clear views — but also peak travel season.

Q: Can the price be reduced or upgraded?
